She has assisted organizations across various sectors (construction, public services, finance, telecoms, agriculture, e-learning, digital) and varying in size (from 30 to 25,000 collaborators), providing a methodological blend with tailored solutions for early impact.

With a systemic perspective, she tackles each challenge by combining method, structure, processes, and culture.

An active member of agility interest communities, she also serves as a trainer in training hubs, specializing in OKR.
